The Student

Each time I go outside, I check all of my holes for vermin.
Vermin removal is my most important job here at Webster Manor.
Mrs. Master really likes her garden and between the rabbits eating the basil and the moles tunneling under the okra last year, I had to up my game.
You really have to get your snooter in there when double checking your work.
Sometimes you have to dig a little deeper in case they went further under.
A good leader knows they should be replicating themselves in order to be doing bigger and better things.  So, when Jasper came along, I let him give it a chance.
He was doing an ok job for a novice.
When I felt he was ready to be on his own, I started on my other chores.
However, I kept my eye on him from afar.  See how he's really getting his snooter in there?
I think he's about ready to move on and patrol his own manor.

If you're in need of some vermin control, contact Taysia Blue.  Of course, I can't promise that all the dogs have been taught to same level as Jasper.  But I hear the other teachers are *pretty* good so with some training, any of those dogs could be as good as we are.

Off to check the holes,

Nora B. Webster

  1. Wow, very interesting lesson and thank you. I have a slight problem as I don't have much of a snooter, its kind of all pushed in, but I will give it a try and get back to you. We must protect our property at any cost.
