We Give Thanks

That big rope is still in our back yard so we take Mrs. Master on really long walks instead of romping and wrestling in the back yard.

Side note:  I always thought that bookcase was really big but Boris is almost as long as it!
No Boris, that is not the sound of her putting on her walking shoes.

We're not sure what's taking the electric company so long.  Memorial Day weekend is about celebrating our freedom to go out in the back yard...Right?
Well, I know it's something like that and I'm thankful for it.

Boris, are you thankful for our Veterans?

To all of you veterans and those currently serving (as well as all of you spouses out there),

We salute you!

Nora B. Webster

PS.  I'm also thankful that Boris finally has his digestive issues fixed.  Whew!

PPS.  Army of Four has a post about the real meaning of Memorial Day...we missed the boat here.

  1. It's always appropriate to give thanks for our Veterans! Today, we need to give time for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice as well.
    Thanks for the shout-out!
Hope that rope gets cleared out of your yard soon!

  3. Whoa, are you sure Boris and Stretch Lightning are brothers? BOL

Yes, it is a great day to remember why we are so fortunate here in the U.S. We salute all those who fought for us and served so well.

    Happy Memorial Day.

I'm sure woo are wearing out Mrs Master by having to walk her so much instead of just letting her out in the yard!

Boris is so lucky to have sweet attentive sis like you. Sometime down the road his real family will be saying lots of thinks to you, Mrs. and Master for teaching him so many nice things.
He is going to be a big boy and it is good he is learning good manners
