 The tile guy came yesterday.  He was so good at his job, he didn't even need me there.

 Avalanche was pretty comfortable with him as well.

I'm never wrong about these things.

Here We Go

 This was on Friday morning.  IT all looks a whole lot different even now, but *someone* didn't take photos because they are lazy too tired to think about such things.

 I kept an eye on all of my workers the whole way through.  You might call me a micro manager.

Here's where Avalanche was the entire time.  It's possible we have different managerial styles.
