This is me on the way out to Colorado.

I don't get to RIDE in the front but when we stop, it's my job to keep watch.

I take my jobs VERY SERIOUSLY.
We all stayed with my boyfriend Blu and his family.

You may remember him from this post.

I told you all how shameful and gross it would be to fall in love with your boyfriend's brother.

Then something strange happened.

Sulley told me how much he LOVES the snow!

He loves it so much...maybe even more than I do.

He showed me how he also loves to DIG!!!

I was so impressed but I didn't know what to do so I talked to Master about it.

He told me I would need to really impress Sulley.  That I should try something that I wouldn't normally like to show how much I care.
So I went swimming.

I can't decide if it's more shameful that I fell for my boyfriend's brother or the swimming part.

You decide,

Nora B. Webster

PS.  Boris was not on our trip, but he did stay at a nice resort while we were gone.  Both of us were so tired out that we slept the entire evening we all got back into town.

  1. Looks like you had lots of fun on your trip, Nora. And you went swimming???? Did you like it? We have never been swimming and Mom wonders how we would like it too.

    Welcome home.

Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning

  2. I don't think you should feel ashamed about EITHER thingy. OK?

  3. I don't think you should be ashamed. It sounds like you had a grreat time and made a new friends!

  4. I don't think you should feel any shame, you can never control where your heart might lead you. Just embrace it my sweet pal. It looked like a wonderful trip and I bet Boris was glad to see you.

  5. Aww sounds like a great time!! :) Love the pictures (You are so photogenic)! Bet you cannot wait to see them again!

Milo (filling in for Mom cause she is grouchy, Dixie, too, cause Newby didn't let them sleep last night... he took most of her kingsize bed and all the covers!)

  6. You can't let you head rule your heart friend. Lovely pics! Have a great Monday!
    Best wishes Molly

  7. Looks like Colorado was fun. My humans went twice last year and I didn't get to go...

  8. MOL Nora you fell head over heels for your beau's bro. That is too funny. Sometimes that happens when you meet someone with the exact interests you have. Hopefully Blu and Sulley will talk over their mutual attraction for the same gal so that you can all be buds.
    Hugs from your BFFF

  9. Rumour has it Goldens khan dig with the best of the Siberians!

That is furry khool woo got to go to KholWOOrado! I didn't make it that far during my Trek to The Tundra - I only made it to Central IoWAY after my time in MinnieSNOWda

  10. To Nora's Mom - I'm wondering if you know of any nice dog sitters (their home, not mine) in the KC area. Has your experience using "resorts" been positive? (Maybe I should ask Boris:)

I need to find somewhere to leave Tank for a week and his experiences with doggy daycare were not great. He ended up getting kennel cough after just visiting a couple of them for a few hours... plus he's not used to all the chaos, noise etc. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

    Kathy (Tank's Asst.)

  11. Nora, I would be ashamed of da whole water thing...girl, you couldn't gets me in water if you gaves me a keg of beer. But dang he is handsome AND he likes to dig too...jack pot right theres.

Nows, bouts your butt problem...RUN...and I mean RUN as fast as you can. If they don't work I would recommend your peeps to takes you to da vet and has them do your glands cuz you surely don't want them throwin' up all overs you.

  12. Aww, Nora! He's cute! I can see how you fell for him. :-) Thanks for dropping by earlier...I think Blogger was acting up. I deleted the pics and re-added them. :-) Hopefully it's fixed now!

  13. Boy Nora, you sure found yourself fallin' hard for this guy if you went swimming! I'm with Puddles, I wouldn't swim unless I was on fire!

    Nubbin wiggles,

  15. About the water - my sister Stormy (she was THE smartest Siberian to ever walk the earth!) taught me a lot of important lessons in Siberian-ship. One such lesson was ALWAYS keep the bipeds guessing! Don't regret for one minute that you swam - especially if it was FUN and made your bipeds do a double-take. Really!
And ahhhhh! Nothing beats digging in snow! Nothing!!!
I really think you've found a great guy there, Nora.
    Play bows,
