Sometimes Mrs. Master needs help with her sewing.

Seeing how sewing assistant is one of the many hats I wear around Webster Manor, it seemed appropriate that I teach Nellie this fine art.
The key to success is to always have at least one paw on the fabric at all times.

Usually, I lay on top of it to make sure it doesn't move.

Do you see how fast Nellie learned this skill?  I have a certain family in mind for her (you know, so she can sew often).

Unfortunately, Mrs. Master is the ungrateful type and moved her whole project to the dining room table.

Looking for a new boss,

Nora B. Webster

  1. From what I've seen 'elsewhere', the two of woo didn't help Mrs Master enough ;-)

  2. I can't believe Mrs. Master didn't appreciate your help! Although... maybe she didn't want you two to overdo. Yeah. That's gotta be it. She doesn't want you to work too hard. Woo.
P.S. - Umm... About that family Mrs. Master has in mind....

  3. I think you have a grreat family in mind, Nora! You're doing a wonderful job keeping Nellie in line. It's hard work training a new foster sister. Speaking of which...

  4. Oh, sometimes those peeps just don't appreciate our invaluable help, huh Nora? The nerve! Well, maybe next time she'll let ya finish.

  5. You both are so helpful.:)

    Teddy Bear & Sierra

  6. What was she thinking, with all your good help, she would have been done in no time. Silly Mrs.

    Loveys Sasha

  7. Ungrateful hoomans...can't do anything with 'em...I bet they don't even appreciate your holes in da yard either huh? Nellie is gonna make a fine addition to a family when you gets done trainin' hers....seems she may be goin' in da army...bwhahahahaha...OH DEARS, I crack myself up.

    Puddles...with no birfday pressie

  8. Such helpful paws. Hope you had a lovely weekend. Have a happy Monday.
    Best wishes Molly

  9. You are very helpful. I'm pretty sure you need to increase the amount of fur bits to coffee ratio each morning for Mrs. Master so she gets a better attitude.

And Nellie is a great apprentice. :) Great work!

    Shelle, Milo, Dixie and Newby,

  10. We all tried helping Mom with her craft work last night Who knew that crocheting only needed two paws and not 4, or 8 or 12 or even 16 paws? We were just trying to help.

Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning

  11. Nora and and I think Vera Wang best pack up her scissors, needles and sewing machine there are some new kids on the block
    Hugs madi your BFFF

  12. Hey, I don't mind trying the foster sister trade, but I might have a hard time passing Nellie off as a boxer to our adopters...

  13. Maybe you could pop over and teach my assistant to sew? She's never quite mastered it!

    Your pal, Pip
